Job Description

Resolving our employees' HR inquiries throughout the whole employee life-cycle: from on-boarding, through workforce administration to exit administration

Providing assistance for all areas of HR functions including HR Systems, HR Administration, Employment Verification, HR Policies and Procedures, Payroll, Rewards, Performance Management, Talent, Mobility

Co-working with the EMEA HR team for all-rounded HR queries

Contributing to HR-related projects 

Responsible for data tracking and analysis using our ticketing system


Basic Requirements

At least 2 years of related experience - HR Operations or HR Generalist, preferably with the MENA region

University degree

Fluent English - Arabic or French are considered a plus

Strong interpersonal skills 

Customer service approach 

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via verbal and written communication 

Advanced Excel skills

Energetic and proactive

Self-motivated and well-organized

Able to manage multiple tasks and passionate about exceeding client expectations
