Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Services Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees, other HR groups, and management as part of a centralized function handling various HR-related transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to ensure prioritization of work aligns with business needs
  • Complete transactions in accordance with desktop procedures and local policies
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for productivity, quality, and customer experience
  • Participate in daily meetings to ensure the team is on track with queue management
  • Foster continuous improvement and drive efficiency using the TE Operating Advantage model
  • Deliver high-quality transactions and adhere to quality monitoring processes
  • Engage with quality feedback and participate in corrective action plans to prevent errors
  • Promote teamwork through peer review of work to prevent errors across the team
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer base and build strong relationships with managers, employees, and local HR teams

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Educated to degree level with an emphasis in HR or Business or related discipline
  • Strong customer service orientation and 2+ years of experience in HR, Customer Service, or Operations
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and very good German
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of the MS Office package
