Responsibilities:

Conduct IT compliance reviews to ensure ongoing adherence to existing standards and regulations Perform gap assessments to evaluate alignment with new and evolving standards and regulations, identifying necessary adjustments to maintain IT compliance Coordinate interactions with auditors and organize the provision of necessary evidence by collaborating with Сompany's teams on auditor requests Oversee the implementation of action plans in response to audit findings and compliance violations, ensuring timely and effective remediation Participate in reviews of the Сompany procedures, practices, and documents in the field of IT to identify potential weaknesses or risks, and advise on process enhancements to strengthen IT compliance and efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years in IT compliance and / or IT audit Experience with ISO 27001 standard, particularly in testing and evaluating controls related to information security Experience with testing controls in IT / security areas such as change management, application security, capacity and performance, logical access, and network controls Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders Ability to work independently in managing tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating initiative and self-direction Strong planning abilities to ensure that IT compliance activities are carried out according to plan Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
