Customer Care Representative - Senior

Do Twoich zadań będzie należało:

telefoniczna obsługa klienta - obsługa połączeń przychodzących dostarczanie dokładnych informacji i wskazówek naszym klientom za pośrednictwem telefonu, czatu lub poczty elektronicznej doradzanie naszym klientom w zakresie korzystania z usług i narzędzi FedEx pomaganie klientom w rozwiązywaniu bieżących problemów identyfikacja nowych możliwości rozwoju biznesu z naszymi klientami współpraca z innymi zespołami FedEx w celu zapewnienia wyjątkowej obsługi każdego klienta Ważne są dla nas:
biegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego – zarówno w mowie, jak i w piśmie – poziom min. B2 znajomość obsługi komputera i umiejętność łatwego poruszania się między różnymi ekranami i systemami doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne pozytywne nastawienie na rozwiązywanie problemów w celu znalezienia najlepszego rozwiązania dla klienta zaufanie, empatia i życzliwość, aby zapewnić naszym klientom doskonałe wrażenia elastyczność w dostosowywaniu się do dynamicznego otoczenia biznesowego chęć pracy w międzynarodowym, dynamicznym środowisku Nasza oferta:
