Your responsibilities

Understanding overall buying processes and having general overview on the End-to-End processes in Purchasing front officeProviding support to relevant processes – Vendor Master Data/Material MasterActing as the first point of contact for Indirect or Direct Purchase queries – supporting end users and team members with process, tool and trainingIdentifying gaps/needs for process changes and discussing the possibility of changing and driving changes in their processes Participating in local and global projects, implementation of process changes and system enhancementsCo-creating & providing internal trainings on the processes Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure back-ups and knowledge-sharingBuilding and maintaining a comprehensive network of local Operational Purchasers

Our requirements 

At least 1 year of experience in Vendor Master Data/Material MasterWillingness to learn and develop within purchasing operationsPreference to working in the SAP system (SAP S/4 HANA)Higher educationFluent communication in English (other foreign languages as an asset)Ownership of tasks and projectsGood communication skills and solid customer focusConstructive mindset and problem-solving approach with a high attention to detail
