Your responsibilities
Providing support to relevant processes – Vendor Master Data/Master MaterialEnsuring process compliance and proper governance within the purchasingParticipating in local and global projects, implementation of process changes and system enhancements Identifying gaps/needs for process changes and discussing the possibility of changing and driving changes in the processes Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure back-ups and knowledge-sharingSupporting communication flow and effective process execution between the Business, Global Process Owners (GPOs) and VELUX Operations India (VOI - Procurement)Acting as the first point of contact for any queries – supporting end users and team members with processes, tools and trainingsSupporting in handling deviations to standard process flows using LEAN principlesOur requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Vendor Master Data/Master MaterialGood understanding of the P2P process, especially Purchasing partKnowledge of SAP transactions (SAP S/4 HANA)Ariba SLP system knowledge would be an assetKnowledge of Excel (working on large datasets)Knowledge of Lean Principles and methodologiesFluent communication in English (other foreign languages would be an asset)Self-driven, collaborative and flexible approachGood communication skills and a constructive mindset toward challengesGood prioritization & organizational skillsGood presentation skillsCustomer Focus – ability to maintain a successful customer relationAbility and willingness to share your knowledge with other colleagues in the teamWhat we offer
