Your responsibilities

Providing support to relevant processes – Indirect Requisition to PO and Source to ContractActing as the first point of contact for any Requisition to PO and Source to Contract queries – supporting end users and team members with process, tool and trainingsIdentifying gaps/needs for process changes and discussing the possibility of changing and driving changes in their processes Participating in local and global projects, implementation of process changes and system enhancementsCo-creates & provides internal trainings on their processes Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure back-ups and knowledge-sharingBuilding and maintaining a comprehensive network of local Operational Purchasers

Our requirements 

At least 1 year of experience in Requisition to Po and/or Source to Contract processesWillingness to learn and develop within purchasing operationsPreference to working in the SAP systemHigher educationFluent communication in EnglishOwnership of tasks and projectsGood communication skills and solid customer focusConstructive mindset and problem-solving approach with a high attention to detail
