Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Collection of minus balances, semi-automated dunning, and customer dispute resolution Payment booking, cooperation with external collection agencies Cooperation with Sales, Chargeback, Risk, Fraud, and Customer Service teams to achieve the best possible results Reporting – creation of working reports Cross-border collaboration, continuous improvement, and very good communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Very good verbal and written business communication skills in German and English Good working knowledge of MS Office and databases, especially MS Excel Attention to detail and focus on results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and critical-thinking Team player with self-discipline and ability to work on his/her own Proactive approach, always looking to improve current processes Comfortable working with targets and deadlines French language would be a plus
