As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the office in Katowice.

Key responsibilities
Coordinating internal and external training; Facilitating onboarding and outboarding process; Assisting employees for all HR related matters; Sorting employee’s physical files; Employee’s sickness follows up; Regular update of HRIS; Prepare weekly and monthly reports for our internal stakeholders; Preparation of employee contracts; Organising ASTF medical appointments for our employees. .Key Requirements
Bachelor/ Master Degree in Human Resources will be an asset; Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a team; Excellent in English and French or German B1+ written and verbal; Knowledge of other EU language would be considered as asset; Willingness to work with people; Have a pro-active attitude to problem solving and coming up with solutions as part of own professional development.
