What you’ll do:

Act as the owner for People processes and data as supported by our new global People platform (SuccessFactors) Own and further develop the global People process strategy incl. key design principles to support our corporate strategy Drive People process harmonization and standardization in conjunction with the introduction and further development of , in close alignment with global IT and countries Support country teams with effective preparation and onboarding onto Drive continuous people process improvement with an end end-to-end view, including interfaces to payroll and other group and local processes Integrate people management processes with data governance Develop and implement global process KPIs along with advanced process measurement and analytics capabilities (e.g. process mining)

Key qualifications:

Relevant experience with the harmonization and standardization of business processes with an end-to-end view in a global matrix organization Experience with HR process, operating model design and optimization is a requirement Relevant knowledge of HR systems and experience with HR system rollouts (preferably SuccessFactors) Advanced business proficiency in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
