Responsibilities:

Processing and updating HR data related to new hires, terminations, compensation, pensions, etc. Entering payroll-related data into the system Processing and reviewing HR records to ensure accuracy according internal procedures Reviewing and verifying incoming and outgoing documentation Acting as a point of contact for employees, HR departments, and third parties for HR and Payroll related questions via ticket

Requirements:

Good command of GERMAN (min. B2) and English (min. B1) Positive working attitude Customer service orientation No previous experience required, but university degree in HR related fields or experience in similar position is a plus Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors and Service-Now is a plus
