Senior Client Director

Would you like to become part of a rapidly growing team with an exceptional client roster? We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Director to help drive the success and continued growth of Eastern Europe. Applicants need to be agile and innovative market research experts with excellent client relationship skills and the energy to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

You will build strategic account plans and think strategically about how to grow the business with assigned accounts. Manage personal pipeline and forecast, delivering a significant personal bookings target. You will actively contribute to driving strategic initiatives within the country business. You will drive new commercial opportunity within the current account mix and beyond. Deliver personal Bookings; lead client relationships, write proposals, deliver consultancy and client leadership for these projects while working closely with research. You will own and lead senior client relationships. Provide advice to clients, expressing clear, concise, and commercial points of view. Ensure impactful delivery into the client’s business. You will guide teams to deliver account success. Guide a cross-functional team to ensure that client objectives are met, and insights delivered. account success. You will actively support new business development. Lead and support big pitches. You will represent the company in external conferences and client partnering thought leadership events.

Required skill set:

8+ years’ experience in research agency or client-side role. BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field. Commercial in thinking and doing. Able to understand client needs and demands in a research context. A great communicator. A team player who enjoys collaborating with others. Excited about working across a host of different research solutions. Someone who is passionate about driving growth and success through his/her work. Experience in leading teams and growing bookings. Quantitative research background and significant experience in proposal writing, presenting, leading research projects, developing strategic client relationships, developing, and delivering strong insight and client consultancy. Highly experienced in sample composition for markets where it is harder to recruit. A can-do attitude. Proficiency in English.
