As a Account Director at team5pm you’ll be responsible for:
Video is becoming increasingly important in marketing and search, a relatively new field that is developing at a rapid pace.
As an Account Director, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring you make an impact in every meeting.
You will stay informed about the developments at the client’s side and act as a strategic advisor.
Internally, you will lead specialized teams consisting of Social Media Managers, Creatives, Talent Managers and Project Managers
You will also collaborate closely with the Producers at the Team5pm Studio.
You will be responsible for managing projects from the initial briefing to the final production.
Your tasks include planning, budgeting, monitoring quality, and overseeing the daily progress of projects.
You will have the unique opportunity to shape your role with a high degree of freedom, responsibility, and creativity.
This is a new position within our organization in Warsaw, and we are looking for someone who can shape account management together with the Global Client Lead and international account teams.
You’ll be a great fit for us if you have experience in a similar role within the (online marketing) agency world. You’re now ready to shape this role with fewer constraints at a fast-growing scale-up. You are client-focused, communicative, and persuasive with solid expertise. You easily maintain an overview and possess strong commercial insight. You are a true relationship builder: you strengthen existing connections and know how to expand them further. In doing so, you inspire your clients with all the services Team5pm has to offer. You have a keen eye for maximizing returns at both the people and project level.
As our ideal Account Director you’ll bring:
Do you have 4-6 years of experience in account management at a marketing/creative/digital agency?
Do you have an affinity for Online Marketing, preferably social media and YouTube?
Have you completed a higher education degree (university level)?
Are you available for 32-40 hours per week?
Are you really excited about the opportunity?
You speak Polish (native) and English fluently.
You live in Warsaw, or in the surrounding area
