The HR Administrator will have exposure to the day-to-day operations of a global Human Resources department in an organization with strong growth plans for the coming years. This role gives a unique opportunity to experience all aspects of HR work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our team of passionate HR professionals who truly enjoy working with people.

The HR Administrator will play a crucial role within our organization, responsible for various administrative tasks and serving as employees' first point of contact. 

As an HR administrator, you will serve as the go-to person for employees, providing them with the necessary guidance and support. 

Key Accountabilities of the Role

Managing full employee administration from onboarding process to terminationBenefits administration: Health insurance, Life insurance, Social Fund, pension administrationTracking and reporting of working time and absencesWorking alongside payroll department in relation to changes in compensation and payments.HR file management and maintenanceManagement of the HR mailbox and responding to or distributing queries to the relevant contactCo-ordination of the induction programme for new startersCompleting exit interviews for leaversCoordinating with the IT team in relation to new starters and leavers and system accessCoordinating of the administration for international transfers across HedgeServ office locationsManagement of the HedgeServ wellbeing programmes and staff engagement initiatives

Pre-requisite knowledge, skills and experience

Sound knowledge of Polish labour law2-5 years previous HR administration experienceStrong computer skills, including Word and ExcelExcellent oral and written communication skillsVery good command of English min B2 levelStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to provide a consistently, high-quality service to internal clientsHigh focus on accuracy and attention to detailAbility to exhibit a high level of confidentialityStrong organizational skills & ability to multitaskExcellent team player with an ability to work independentlyExperience in Workday would be an advantage
