Team/Role Overview:

Off-boarding Delivery Partner will join the HR delivery Team based in Poland. This is an entry level position responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team.

What you'll do:

Conduct end-to-end off-boarding processes for UK and Europe (e.g. settlement agreements, terminations, severance preparations)

Engage in the full administrative process required for off-boarding at Citi

HR documents preparation

Customer service (via Service NOW system) in terms of employees and managers support in off-boarding related matters

Assist with the management of all off-boarding related issues and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures

Liaise with other Teams where appropriate


What we'll need from you:

Previous relevant experience preferred

At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations or other highly administrative roles would be an advantage

Clear and concise written and verbal communication

Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment

Very good knowledge of English

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
