We are looking for a determined individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking for a workplace where they can implement their creative and brave marketing ideas in the EMEA markets. The role is not boring for sure; here you get to not only put your ideas on a table but implement them as well. You will work as part of an international Team and cooperate with various Marketing functions to bring your ideas to life.

The successful candidate will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders and maintain a strong partnership network to grow our brand, customer base and online sales.

What will you be doing?
 

  • Regularly analyse market conditions and build successful strategies to drive performance.

  • Managing marketing programmes from idea generation to full campaign/programme implementation which would include concept campaign strategy creation, copywriting, channels briefing, project management and campaign optimisation.

  • Collaboration with internal peers and external stakeholders and/or suppliers to effectively define, develop and execute marketing strategies.

  • Develop, implement and/or maintain all standardised marketing methodologies, tools and collateral of the assigned area.

  • Coordinate and manage regional and international offline and online events.

  • Plan, implement and develop omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive Brand and proposition awareness.

  • Define and implement brand, sales and acquisition campaigns and programmes (which may include multi-channel campaigns, internal events, brand training, and more).

  • Work closely with other channel marketing managers, analysts, and content and production teams to develop compelling messaging for the upper funnel of the customer journey.

What about you?

  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience.

  • Proven track of experience in driving successful multichannel, complex digital campaigns.

  • Experience in building marketing strategy and managing marketing budgets.

  • Capability to manage internal and external stakeholders in international environment.

  • Extensive knowledge and ability to apply marketing principles, theories and concepts.

  • Capability to work independently and manage projects as well as be a team player.

  • Ability to efficiently communicate in English in an international organisation.

  • Additional European language will be an advantage.
