THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES:

In the Global Center inside People Services, we are responsible for the smooth execution of the Internal Learning and Touchpoint processes within Volvo Group employees which is based on high-quality dialogues between people that build engagement and improve both team and individual performance and help them with their development. For those processes we use, support and configure a cloud-based online platform, in keeping with business requirements in different countries, as well as provide tool technical support for end users (HR Business Partners, Managers and employees).

We work as administrators of HR software as well as the administration of personnel data for our colleagues globally.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Your main mission will be to support Internal Learning and Touchpoint processes and the tool globally and act as first-line support.You will work very closely with local HRBPs and line managers to support in all areas of Touchpoint as well as have contacts with a vendor and product team and Volvo Group University to support Internal Learning questions.You will need to cast a wide view over the whole process and suggest improvements where possible and valuable.Assist in the testing of new releases, upgrades, or patches.Supporting the Product Team in translating clients' business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents, and use cases.Planning and organizing the campaigns related to processes.Analyze sensitive data and build reports on demand considering approval path.You might be responsible for conducting training for some groups.
