Position Description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern , you will be a highly motivated individual who is responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts to identify, select and onboard the best talents for our open positions, focusing on the Polish market. This position executes responsibilities in the following areas: recruitment and sourcing, resume review/phone screens, interviews, tracking/organizing data, employee integration and general Talent Acquisition duties, daily cooperation with other HR functions like HRBP'S/Local HR etc.

-Full Cycle Recruitment : As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, you will be executing end-to-end recruitment processes for selected position on the Polish market, mainly entry positions and civil contracts

-Employer of Choice: You will ensure a great candidate journey, starting at the job ad, managing and conducting the interviews and finally being in charge of contract negotiations with the candidate, always ensuring to present QIAGEN as the employer of choice for our future talents

-Local activities: You will support in organizing and executing local employer branding activities such as job fairs, company presentations and different internal events

- Global projects: To further strengthen our Talent Acquisition strategy, you will have the chance to be part of projects with a global reach

Position Requirements

-You are ready for working at least 30 hours per week for a period of 6-9 months (civil contract)

-University degree in business administration or a related field or working experience in a customer facing position will be a plus

-Ideally, you already gained first experience in recruiting either by working for an agency or for a bigger company

-You are eager to learn and motivated to make improvements in life possible

-Communication is your key competence – you can motivate and inspire candidates as well as internal stakeholders in English (both written and spoken) and Polish

-You love to work in a fast pacing environment, you can handle several projects and tasks at the same time without losing focus
