Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to drive business growth and market expansion by building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with small and medium-sized clients. The position focuses on delivering exceptional service, maximizing sales performance, and increasing market share through strategic sales planning and execution.
Additionally, the role involves expanding the range of Mattel toys in client offerings to meet their specific needs and preferences, ensuring sustained business success and client satisfaction.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with small and medium-sized clients, providing them with the highest level of service. Maximizing sales results and increasing market share through effective implementation of sales plans. Supporting the development of sales strategies by providing valuable information and market analyses. Preparing and presenting commercial offers that attract and interest customers. Negotiating contracts and preparing agreements, ensuring favorable terms of cooperation for both parties. Monitoring and analyzing commercial activities and collecting market data regarding the toy market segment. Expanding the assortment of Mattel toys in clients' offers, tailoring it to their needs and expectations. Analyzing the market and monitoring competition to always stay one step ahead.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, both internally and externally Strategic and creative thinker with problem-solving skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and insights Team player with influencing skills to drive positive changes Organized and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards change Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office

Experience:

Experience in sales, nice to have - with key accounts Account management experience
