Zakres obowiązków

  • Wsparcie działu HR w zakresie w zakresie: dokumentacji pracowniczej, on i off boarding pracowników.
  • Obsługa administracyjna w zakresie codziennych zapytań związanych z procedurami HR.
  • Udział w rozwoju polityki personalnej firmy i aktywne wsparcie w projektach HR.
  • Wsparcie w procesie prowadzenia akt personalnych zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa pracy.
  • Wsparcie w sporządzaniu raportów i zestawień dla Zarząd.

  • Dobrej organizacji pracy własnej i zdolności planowania
  • Otwartego umysłu i umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się
  • Wykształcenia kierunkowego lub w trakcie studiów 
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości przepisów Prawa Pracy (mile widziane ukończenie kursu)
  • Zaangażowania i otwartości do nauki i rozwoju nowych kompetencji
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego, zarówno w mowie jak i w piśmie
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office szczególnie Excel
