Job Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area Identify market opportunities and devise tactics to capitalize on them. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of sales strategies Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and challenges. Adjust sales plans accordingly Recruit, train, and supervise a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Foster a high-performance culture within the team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions Address customer needs and concerns to promote the company's products and services Set and monitor sales targets for the team Ensure sales representatives meet or exceed their individual and team quotas Provide guidance and support to improve sales performance Ensure that all sales activities and promotional efforts comply with industry regulations and company policies Conduct regular training to educate the team on compliance requirements Generate regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and team activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business) Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Analytical and strategic thinking abilities Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales target
