Sales Representative for Technical Sales and Business Development

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers. Your technical expertise and communication skills will enable you to effectively present our products and services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach
- Presentation of products and services to customers, including technical demonstrations and product launches
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships through regular visits, calls, and correspondence
- Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, or process engineer)
- Minimum 5-15 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in heavy industry
- Excellent English language skills (B2 level) and strong communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the sales area (70-80%, 4 days/week)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business development experience is an asset
- Class B driver's license
- Sales-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
