Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Business Expansion Specialist to join our team at AgiliWay.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base through proactive prospecting, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic relationships with key industry players.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Present the value of AgiliWay services and offerings to potential clients and nurture prospects
  • Evaluate potential clients' needs to meet their business expectations
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales quota by bringing in new logo business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players
  • Keep updated information in CRM and report activities

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of closing new business
  • Understanding of the full-cycle sales process
  • Ability to meet deadlines and reach sales targets
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
