International Customer Solutions Specialist

The International Customer Solutions Specialist role provides customer support in 3 divisions: Endoscopy, Orthopaedics and Advanced Wound Management to our Internal and External Distributors.
What will you be doing?
Reviewing and releasing billing orders with the creation of billing orders and invoices for Smith+Nephew Internal and External Distributors.
Issuing required Credits and Debits to correct any billing discrepancy
Creating and managing orders on SAP in various areas with proper documentation flow
Communication of shelf life, Legal requirements, stock availability and other details of the product to the customer
Existing Orders Service
Review and investigate the order request received from the respective region
Solving any discrepancy between the order request and the information in the system
Managing returns workflow and documentation
What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor's or Master's degree
MS Office proficiency
1 year of Customer Service experience
Analytical thinking, adaptability, customer orientation
Experience in Salesforce and/or SAP (nice to have)
Logistics or Supply Management Technical Degree (nice to have)
