Sales Controller GSA Region


- based in our office in Poznan -


The Sales Controller is part of the German Finance Team and oversees all aspects related to the sales and business development performance of the Gerflor sales organisation in Germany, Switzerland and Austria


Your role

Analyse and monitor the sales performance and business results of the regional entities by segment / product Act as a Business Partner for Sales and Finance Managers in the region Contribute to business development plans (pricing, commercial action, marketing, segmentation) Analyse and validate investment plans in line with Group standards (payback, ROI, etc.) Deliver insightful reports to the Group in accordance with deadlines and Group format standards – based on solid data and robust operational process Coordinate and support the budgeting process for the respective entities incl. data collection & consolidation Oversee and improve internal control measures and ensure legal / Group policy compliance Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and initiate corrective action

Requirements

University degree in Finance / Business Administration Min. 5 years of working experience in international business / Sales controlling, FP&A or auditing In-depth knowledge of business finance and strong analytical skills Experience in preparing relevant business reports Good knowledge of IFRS standard Adaptability and very good communication skills Ability to drive change and improve operational process High proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g. Cognos) and knowledge of ERP-Systems (e.g. JDE) – knowledge of additional consolidations tools would be a plus Business fluent English skills, Germans skill would be a great advantage Willingness to travel occasionally (Germany and HQ in France)
