Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager with German language skills. We need someone who is committed, meticulous, solution-oriented, and a man of many hats.
FLUENT GERMAN IS A MUST ✅
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of German and communicative English
At least 2 years of sales experience with proven success
A natural ability to build relationships, reliability, and emotional maturity
Customer service experience in the online/e-commerce industry
Knowledge/interest in the e-commerce industry and new technologies is a plus

Team and Compensation Structure
You will join an international team of 15 people, including 4 sales professionals (from Germany, Poland, Turkey, and other countries). Your compensation will consist of a base salary plus sales commission. We are a cohesive team working towards the same goal. When we achieve our goals together, you can expect an attractive annual bonus as a deserved reward for your work.

Flexible working hours - we usually work from 8-9:30 AM to 4-5:30 PM

Advanced German and communicative English are a must (Polish is nice to have)
