Technical Service Supervisor CEE&I

Location: Poland

What you'll be doing?

Field service responsibilities.

Customer-facing and technical service point of contact for Baxter’s sales and marketing functions. Handling product technical evaluations, testing and commissioning for new sales and turnkey projects. Driving service sales opportunities and contributing to Technical who for achieving country service revenue plans. You will supervise training and compliance. Handling remote or onsite troubleshooting and technical support. Supporting installations of PSS products. Coordinate with internal functions for spare parts ordering and reporting stocks consumptions. Taking the responsibility of managing installation, and reporting all repair jobs and maintenance events according to Baxter’s customer Coordinating with Baxter local partner for logistical arrangements of parts and demo products stocking and deliveries.

Team Leader

Customer-facing lead, working in the field and supervising the service team, a point of contact for Baxter’s sales and marketing functions.

Administrative task:

Reviewing technical submittals for new sale of products, parts, contracts, or any shape of agreements that requires delivering services and technical assistance. Capturing statistics and information about local spare parts tenders and being responsible of achieving annual service revenue plans. Local technical mentor for new hires.
