Job Description

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and targets the iGaming audience.
  • Content Management: Oversee the development of engaging content for all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing conversations across social media channels.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote games, events, and promotions, measuring their effectiveness through analytics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, gaming, and digital marketing to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Budget Management: Manage the social media marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on the iGaming or entertainment industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a social media team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Creative Thinker: A passion for creating engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies based on emerging trends and feedback.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English.
