Hapag-Lloyd Area North with the main office located in Gdańsk is looking for a professional Area North Sales Coordinator who will be located in Poland- Warsaw office to ensure the highest level of quality when interacting with our customers, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd.

If you have:

·        University degree or equivalent

·        Fluent in English

·        Proven track of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the maritime sector

·        Demonstrated excellent communication skills 

·        Result and deadline driven team player with proactive and positive attitude

·        Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one’s self and the team for personal development

·        Comprehensive knowledge of FIS and other HL systems (internal candidates related only)

·        Working knowledge of MS Office

We are looking for someone, who will:

·        Support the Sales Executives with relevant sales tasks including follow up on ongoing and new business with customers

·        Preparing and sending of rate quotations to customers

·        Monitor quotation and customer performance including tenders and follow up with customers where required

·        Give clear handover info to Customer Service

·        Coordinate on handling of bids / tenders for local customers using the relevant tools

·        Assist Customer Service with problem solving related to a customer issues where required

·        Validate and Input of new customer data into Salesforce and FIS

·        Handling updating of CRM with customer calls, rate offers, customer follow ups done
