Twoje wyzwania:

  • Zarządzanie projektami - koordynacja zespołów pracujących nad projektami Kluczowych Partnerów agencji. Zapewnienie, że projekty są dostarczane na czas, w założonym zakresie i budżecie

  • Monitoring najważniejszych KPI projektów i rekomendowanie działań, które mogą wpłynąć na poprawę ich wyników 

  • Korzystanie z narzędzi i praca z danymi  - formułowanie wniosków i wdrażanie zmian na ich podstawie

  • Consulting biznesowy i współtworzenie strategii rozwoju biznesu online naszych Partnerów adekwatnie do ich celów biznesowych

  • Sprzedaż i negocjacje - rozszerzanie zakresu współpracy z Partnerami o nowe usługi z zakresu marketingu online (SEO, SEM, CM, SM, MA i innych)

  • Realizacja celów finansowych agencji związanych z rozwojem Partnerów na przestrzeni roku

  • Budowanie wartościowych i długotrwałych relacji z Partnerami Harbingers

O Tobie:

  • Masz minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w branży marketingu internetowego

  • Masz wiedzę o trendach w branży digital (z zakresu SEO, SEM, Content Marketingu, Social Media, AI)

  • Potrafisz rekomendować działania z obszaru marketingu online, dopasowane do celów i wyzwań biznesu Partnera

  • Znasz narzędzia marketingowe: Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Senuto, Ahrefs i potrafisz wyciągnąć z nich informacje potrzebne do oceny kondycji serwisu Partnera i jego konkurencji 

  • Jesteś mistrzem organizacji oraz masz doświadczenie pracy w narzędziach projektowych typu Asana

  • Masz doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów i koordynowaniu pracy innych osób

  • Potrafisz i lubisz prowadzić spotkania z klientami – także w języku angielskim 

  • Znasz techniki sprzedaży i negocjacji oraz masz doświadczenie w tworzeniu i prezentowaniu ofert sprzedażowych 

  • Są Ci bliskie wartości Harbingers i kierujesz się nimi w codziennej pracy
