Their extensive portfolio includes over 50 rooftop plants with capacities ranging from 0.1 MW to 4 MW, ground-mounted systems with fixed structures or single-axis trackers from 1 MW to 92 MW, wind and solar hybrid projects, and battery storage systems.

Mission

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development of PV projects in Poland. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project development from site selection to obtaining necessary permits and licenses. You will work closely with the engineering, finance, and construction teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Greenfield Project Development:

  • Identify and secure optimal site locations for new PV projects.

  • Negotiate lease agreements with landowners.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and define project specifications.

  • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses for project execution.

  • Develop project timelines and budgets.

Project Monitoring and Management:

  • Monitor the progress of current PV projects to ensure they are on track with timelines and budgets.

  • Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with technical, legal, and regulatory standards throughout the project.

  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project status and quality.


Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in project development within the renewable energy sector, preferably in photovoltaic projects.

  • Strong knowledge of the Polish regulatory framework for renewable energy projects.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Fluency in Polish and English.
