We are seeking a highly motivated (Junior) IT Service Manager to join our Service Portfolio Management (SPM) team to cover maternity leave (Circa 12 months). We are open to consider both junior and more experienced profiles.

Your future team:
The Service Portfolio Management (SPM) team are responsible for overseeing and managing our portfolio of Digital services with focus on service quality and service cost. This entails the management of service levels, maintaining service definitions in our service catalogue, service level reporting, service pricing & re-charging.
The team also host monthly service quality assurance meetings with senior stakeholders to address and process service exceptions, review service levels, and track agreed actions and responsible owners.
Service Portfolio Management Key Responsibilities:
Service Level Management: Oversee and maintain high service levels for all services within the portfolio. Ensure compliance with agreed service levels and proactively address any issues or risks.
Service Catalogue Definition: Define and maintain an accurate and comprehensive service catalogue. Ensure all services are clearly described, with up-to-date information on service offerings, SLAs, and other relevant details.
Service Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular service reports to customers, providing insights into service performance, usage, and areas for improvement.
Pricing and Re-Invoicing: Develop and maintain pricing models for services. Ensure accurate and timely re-invoicing of services back to the business.
Quality Assurance Meetings: Organize and lead two quality assurance meetings with senior stakeholders. Manage the agenda, prepare relevant documentation, and facilitate discussions to manage and process service exceptions.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and internal teams.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Lead initiatives to implement best practices and enhance service delivery.
What you will be doing:
The Role will focus on supporting the head of Value Creation & Operations (VCO) and Service Portfolio Management (SPM) in gathering related exceptions and wider service-related metrics to support monthly data-driven service quality assurance meetings. In addition, you will help maintain the service catalogue and support the wider team with tasks and goals related to improving service delivery.What you bring:
Bachelor's degree or suitable experience in Business, IT, or a related field Experience in service portfolio management, IT service management, or a related discipline Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders Organized and structured with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with frameworks such as ITILWhat we offer:
