Order Management (CS) Operations Specialist with Portuguese

 

Description

For a leading global producer of cutting-edge medical technology, we are actively seeking individuals to join the Warsaw team. The Order Management (CS) Operations Specialist with Portuguese is an integral part of the Service Operations department within the Global Business Service Center, responsible for providing crucial support to the organization's Service structures in the LATAM region.

The company's primary focus is on adhering to global best practices and ensuring the consistent delivery of improvement initiatives globally through standard processes and competent staff. Reporting to the Service Operations Team Leader, you will be part of a dynamic team contributing to the impactful operations of our global medical company.


Responsibilities

As a key contributor, you will perform a variety of tasks in adherence to company rules and procedures, including:

  • Issuing Service Invoices
  • Handling Service Contracts in CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management)
  • Creating Service Sales Opportunities and Quotes
  • Resolving Customer billing queries
  • Issuing Purchase Orders for external Suppliers
  • Distributing Field Change Orders to Customers
  • Conducting follow-up calls with Customer Surveys
  • Providing support in Cash Collection
  • Offering high-quality and sustainable support to the Service organization
  • Executing other activities the Team Leader or Director assigned, associated with business development and the Service Operations department's growth.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's (BA) or Master's (MA) degree in economics or linguistics.
  • Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience in customer service or sales service support roles.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English at an advanced level (you will be working in an English-speaking environment). Advanced level proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications. Working knowledge of CLM system will be considered a valuable asset
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Personal Attributes: Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for personal and team results, striving to achieve goals. Possesses the ability to streamline and simplify work processes.
  • Exhibits a drive for problem-solving.
