The Role

Imperial Brands- an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Order Management and Customer Service Process Manager  within their GSC hub in Warsaw.

The successful candidate in the role will have an opportunity to design, build and continuously improve IMB global E2E Supply Chain Processes, including development and global implementation of improvement solutions in the dedicated area of Order management and Customer Service, to ensure IMB maintains its competitive position into the future, driving effective change management processes and shaping IMB global processes and dashboards for the digital Supply Chain of tomorrow.

Principle Accountabilities

The measurement, assurance, and continuous improvement of business processes across the supply chain organization considering end to end perspective and in pursuit of globally optimal solution Driving supply chain innovation and best practices projects and successful implementation of those initiatives; defining recommendations to increase supply chain capabilities, design and roll out best practices Scaling up supply chain capabilities (process, systems and people/functional training) to drive higher performance top line and bottom line Evaluation of proposals of improvements / new requirements coming from the business users and driving the change onwards in cooperation with the business and related stakeholder Define improvement initiatives road map and with regular project status updates, be the single accountable point for key stakeholders Driving force in change management process in close cooperation with Business Process Owners

Skills and Experience Required

.

A very good level of proven experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally in Order Management & Customer Service, or similar SC planning area Planning, DRP, Logistics) preferably in FMCG industry Business process re-engineering & modelling experience Systems savvy & logical thinking (SAP, ERP, TMS) Strategic thinking with proven track record of supply chain innovation experience Fluent English (spoken and written) Self-confidence & excellent communication, presentation, and co-ordination skills at all levels
