obsługa administracyjna i współpraca z zagranicznymi placówkami SGS prowadzenie korespondencji w języku hiszpańskim weryfikacja dokumentacji poaudytowej obsługa zewnętrznych baz danych wystawianie certyfikatów wprowadzanie do systemu informacji dotyczących audytów i certyfikatów zapewnianie stałego przepływu informacji i dokumentacji wspieranie firmy poprzez działania z obszaru Back Office

Kwalifikacje

Ta rola jest idealna dla Ciebie, jeżeli:

jesteś gotów zdobyć pierwsze szlify zawodowe i rozpocząć swoją profesjonalną karierę razem z nami twoja dyspozycyjność wynosi min. 20 godzin tygodniowo znasz  j. hiszpański  na poziomie min. B2  (praca wymaga stałego użytkowania tego języka w formie pisemnej)  znasz j. angielski  na poziomie min. B1 wykazujesz się skrupulatnością i zorientowaniem na szczegóły  posiadasz zdolności analityczne i lubisz pracować w zespole  znasz pakiet  MS Office (w szczególności MS Excel)

Mile widziane:  

studia w obszarze administracyjnym, ekonomicznym lub biznesowym (w trakcie)
