What you'll do
  • Act as the first point of contact via hotline, email, and ticketing system
  • Investigate, resolve, or escalate all reported tickets with a focus on achieving a high 1st level resolution rate
  • Provide initial assessment of incidents and service requests
  • Resolve tickets in line with internal procedures and escalate when necessary
  • Comply with procedures, segregation of duties, and service levels
  • Contribute to knowledge management
  • Perform other duties assigned by Team Coordinator/Lead

 

Who you are
  • Fluent in German and English (min B2)
  • Familiarity with desktop OS (Windows 7/Windows 10).
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting applications (Outlook, MS Office, SCCM).
  • Experience in basic hardware issues troubleshooting and drivers support.
  • 1+ years of experience in Infrastructure support service desk or relevant desktop support
