Currently, for one of our clients, company that specializes in providing software and services in the fields of business process modelling, systems analysis and software engineering we are looking for Senior Finance Manager. 


Responsibilities

Accounting & Tax:

-Manage all aspects of the daily accounting

-Overseeing the work of external accounting teams across various entities

-Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes

-Accounts reconciliation

-Key person during the annual audit process

-Esurance statutory and tax compliance

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements (Income

statement, Balance Sheet)

Financial Operations:

-Manage AR and AP on a daily basis

-Manage and prepare company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to  budget guidelines

-Support with preparing and executing payments

- Intercompany reconciliations

- Cash flow monitoring and planning



-Proven experience in finance or accounting roles (6+ yrs experience), preferably in ahardware technology company

- Strong understanding of Polish accounting standards and Tax Law

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in financial management software and Excel.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (Mandatory)

- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with external partners an internal teams.

- Highly energetic and hands-on attitude Strive to get things done and find solutions whatever it takes
