We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Receptionist & Technical Support to join our team. This role requires a friendly and organized individual who can effectively manage office operations and provide exceptional customer service. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you


Responsibilities:

Answering and transferring phone calls Managing general JLL mailbox and reception mailbox Coordinating printer maintenance and supplies Handling technical issues in the office Providing technical support for events and conference rooms Monitoring and managing AV equipment Providing support for monitors and cables Managing computer cables and binding machines Undertaking additional ad-hoc tasks Greeting visitors and offering hospitality services Ordering taxis for guests Distributing newspapers Supplying conference rooms with necessary items Printing company reports for info stands and conference rooms Managing mail services, post, and couriers Ordering stationery and food supplies Taking care of office equipment and copy room Overseeing company meetings calendar and employee support Organizing business trips for employees Supervising entry cards and lockers Ordering business cards and envelopes


Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or office technical support role is preferred English language proficiency Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Exceptional customer service and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and general computer systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with office equipment and technical support is an advantage
