As Category & sales insights manager you will be responsible for three key areas: 

Helping OT and TT channels in shaping strategy and business developing  Leading Category Vision for Snacks & Beverages  Leading WCCE (World Class Customer Engagement) for top 3 clients/subchannels

What kind of manager is Anna?

Anna Gutkowska is an experienced Insights Strategist with Category Management background. New business solution developer with always out of the box thinking. Team leader who is focused on talent development and team spirit building.

How do we work and what do we offer?

What are your daily tasks?

You will prepare yearly channel and client trends understanding and estimate future moves , together with prediction of impact on PepsiCo . Understand and communicate to business top client's strategy, align with the business key priorities. You will lead Category Vision for SNA and BEVE , with channel deep dive perspective, creating clear strategy per channel with KPIs to growth, make an input into Category Growth Plan ( Snacks & Beverages ) using category knowledge and specific PepsiCo insights. You will lead World Class Customer Engagement process for selected top clients/channels, including tracking and post-evaluation of proposed agenda. Lead key output and be responsible for translating it into clear actions, responsibilities, and KPIs. You will co-lead together with Market Development and Perfect Store Lead , cross-channel projects, being input into long-term PepsiCo strategy ( Simplify to Growth). You will actively seek opportunities for tailored solutions, propose and deliver out of the box solutions that might lead the company to growth in the long term perspective, and build competitive market advantage. Qualifications

understanding of channel trends and drivers  experience in preparing and delivering selling stories to trade fluency in English & university degree excellent collaboration and communication skills expertise at cross-functional collaboration having an insights background would be additional benefit
