& Requirements Who we are looking forAre you a Data Manager or Data Management Specialist with a passion for transforming organizations towards being data driven? Do you enjoy designing, developing, and modifying data infrastructure to accelerate the processes of data analysis and reporting? Do you have experience with developing standards of operation when handling and archiving data? Do you enjoy maintaining data management plans and instructions for operating complex business systems?

We are currently looking for a Data Governance Manager to join the Data Governance & Architecture Team within Technology, Strategy & Transformation Practice
If you are / have:
Min. 1 year of managerial experience in the data governance area Knowledge and experience in most of the following areas: Data Modeling and Design Data Storage & Operations Data Integration Data Governance organization and processes Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Meta Data Management Eager to shape Data Governance area, based on gathered requirements and market practices and references Willing to search for technology solutions fit for business needs Open to new challenges, searching for best answers, communicating to clients and co-workers Polish, English ‑ advanced level, both written and spokenWould be an additional advantage:
Experience in one of the following industries: banking, insurance, lifesciences, automotive, retailYour future role As a Data Governance Manager, you will be joining a team of various experts, whose main goal is to help customers to transform their data management area of business. You will define requirements for the transformation, design data governance organization and processes, help companies to improve their data classification and select the best-in-class technologies for the task. You will have an opportunity to use and broaden your knowledge of economy-leading industries as well as support international clients in becoming and remaining global leaders. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business stakeholders.
