Your Key Responsibilities

First- and second-level Engineering support for PDM key and end users (e.g. PTC Windchill) Collaboration in regional projects assigned to Engineering Service such as roll-outs Operations management and monitoring for assigned systems and applications Continuous improving service quality

Your Qualifications

Degree in the field of mechanical Engineering & IT or computer science or comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience Basic understanding of ITIL processes, as well as database systems Knowledge of Windows operating system Knowledge in software administration and customizing Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good English knowledge for worldwide support activities Experience in the use or support of Engineering solutions (e.g. Windchill, CREO) are beneficial
