Your Key Responsibilities
Supports end users remotely with trouble shooting, using computer, IT devices, and software for an assigned area of competence Capture incidents, provide 1st level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues Walk customers through problem solving process, and track, route and redirect problems to correct resources Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support, according to the IT incident management process Update tickets, produce activity reports, and ensure proper recording, documentation and closureYour Qualifications
Written and spoken English (B2), German would be great Experience in 1st/2nd level support IT generalist with an understanding of IT processes and infrastructure Solution-oriented way of working Experience with ServiceNow (ticket/task processing) Power BI knowledge SQL Reporting Service knowledge Knowledge of common office tools Ideally: Experience with agile working methods Ideally: project experienceOur Offer
