Jako Senior Accounts Payable Specialist w warszawskim centrum Global Business Services (GBS) Diebold Nixdorf będziesz odgrywać kluczową rolę w zapewnieniu sprawnego działania kompleksowego procesu obsługi zobowiązań w Polsce. Stanowisko to jest idealne dla kandydatów z co najmniej 3-letnim odpowiednim doświadczeniem i silnym zainteresowaniem administracją biznesową lub finansami. Będziesz odpowiedzialny za obsługę procesu Accounts Payable w Polsce, przy jednoczesnym utrzymaniu wysokiego poziomu dokładności i satysfakcji klienta.

Obowiązki

Przetwarzanie faktur przychodzących i not kredytowych w SAP ERP  Przetwarzanie kosztów podróży w systemie SAP ERP Przygotowywanie regularnych i doraźnych raportów zgodnie z SOX i procedurami antykorupcyjnymi Obsługa zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych zapytań od dostawców i biznesu  Uzgadnianie ksiąg dostawców Przeprowadzanie uzgodnień bilansowych dotyczących zobowiązań Wspieranie audytu wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego w odniesieniu do procesu obsługi zobowiązań Rozwiązywanie złożonych i krytycznych kwestii biznesowych w ramach procesu obsługi zobowiązań Zapewnienie zgodności z kontrolami, zasadami i procedurami Grupy Ciągłe poszukiwanie obszarów w procesie obsługi zobowiązań, które można ulepszyć i ustandaryzować w celu zwiększenia wydajności Pełnienie roli mentora dla młodszych pracowników i coacha w razie potrzeby  Inne zadania przydzielone przez przełożonego

Kwalifikacje

Wykształcenie wyższe w dziedzinie finansów lub księgowości (certyfikat zawodowy w dziedzinie księgowości będzie dodatkowym atutem) Minimum trzy lata odpowiedniego doświadczenia  Umiejętność komunikacji ustnej i pisemnej w języku polskim, dobra znajomość języka angielskiego Zrozumienie zasad księgowości i zaangażowanie w utrzymanie zgodności ze standardami i polityką firmy Wyjątkowa dbałość o szczegóły i zaangażowanie w utrzymanie dokładności danych Dobra znajomość systemu SAP ERP Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności MS Excel Zdolność do współpracy w środowisku zorientowanym na zespół i niezależnie  Gotowość do dostosowywania się do zmieniających się procesów i uczenia się nowych narzędzi i systemów Skuteczne zarządzanie czasem w celu dotrzymania terminów

As a  Senior Accounts Payable Specialist at Diebold Nixdorf's Global Business Services (GBS) Warsaw Delivery Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the end-to-end Poland Accounts Payable process. This position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in business administration or finance. You will be responsible for handling Accounts Payable process in the Poland area, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Incoming invoices and credit notes processing in SAP ERP  Travel expenses processing in SAP ERP Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports in accordance with SOX and anti-corruption procedures Handling external and internal inquiries from suppliers and business  Vendor ledger reconciliation Performing balance sheet reconciliations regarding Accounts Payable Support internal and external audit in relation to accounts payable process Address complex and business critical topics within the accounts payable process Ensuring compliance with the Group’s controls, policies and procedures Continuously look to identify areas in the accounts payable process that can be improved and standardized to drive efficiency Serve as a mentor for junior level staff and coach as needed  Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

University degree in finance or accounting (a professional certificate in accounting would be an advantage) A minimum of three years’ of relevant experience  Ability to communicate orally and in writing in Polish, good knowledge of English An understanding of accounting principles and a commitment to maintaining compliance with company standards and policies Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy Sound knowledge of SAP ERP Sound knowledge of MS Office package, especially MS Excel Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently  Willingness to adapt to changing processes and learn new tools and systems Effective time management in order to meet deadlines
