Do struktur naszego Klienta obecnie poszukujemy doświadczonego lidera, który będzie odpowiedzialny za rozwój działu sprzedaży. Na stanowisko Head of Sales poszukujemy osoby z pasją do budowania relacji z klientami, doskonałymi umiejętności zarządzania zespołem oraz głęboką wiedzę na temat branży usług HR. 

Praca o charakterze stacjonarnym od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach biurowych. Raportowanie bezpośrednio do Zarządu. 

Opis zadań

  • Opracowanie i wdrażanie skutecznej strategii sprzedażowej, która będzie wspierać osiągnięcie określonych celów firmy.

  • Nadzór nad kilkudziesięcioosobowym zespołem sprzedaży, w tym rekrutacja, szkolenie, motywowanie i ocena wydajności pracowników.

  • Nadzór nad całym procesem sprzedaży.

  • Regularne monitorowanie KPI oraz podejmowanie działań korygujących w celu osiągnięcia założonych celów sprzedażowych.

  • Regularne raportowanie do zarządu na temat postępów w realizacji celów sprzedażowych oraz rekomendowanie działań mających na celu poprawę wyników.

  • Śledzenie zmian na rynku usług HR, analiza konkurencji oraz identyfikacja nowych trendów i możliwości biznesowych.

  • Stała praca nad doskonaleniem procesów sprzedażowych.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku kierowniczym w obszarze sprzedaży usług B2B, preferowane usługi HR.

  • Doskonałe umiejętności zarządzania zespołem, zdolność do motywowania pracowników do osiągania celów oraz budowania pozytywnej atmosfery pracy.

  • Dogłębna znajomość rynku usług HR, w tym trendów, konkurencji i potrzeb klientów.

  • Umiejętność analizy danych i wskaźników sprzedażowych w celu podejmowania świadomych decyzji biznesowych i podejmowania działań korygujących.

  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne.

  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym.
