Your future team: 

The Employer Branding & Communication Expert plays an important role within the ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center (RGBS) organization and directly reports to ROCKWOOL GBS Office Manager. You will be part of RGBS Office Management team and working continuously with ROCKWOOL GBS Site Management team.

What you will be doing: 

As our Employer Branding & Communication Expert you will work with the Company’s leadership, HR and business stakeholders to define the Employer Branding strategy and supporting activities aimed at securing the desired positioning and attract relevant candidates. You will work closely with the talent acquisition team to understand the recruitment needs, the rest of the local HR team and business units to develop recruitment campaigns, including advising on and organising recruitment fairs, candidate workshops, social media activities and more.

More specifically, you will: 

Manage PR initiatives and media relations,

Make decisions on creative material for Communications and Brand positioning,

Liaise and Network with relevant organizations for brand positioning,

Ensure internal communication reflects company as an employer of choice,

Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with corporate values,

Support local management in corporate and external communication,

Co-produce company newsletter and lead internal campaigns,

Manage company's web/social media presence for job openings,

Create and manage content for external partner websites and articles,

Oversee content and actions on company's intranet

Host/recording company events for internal communications,

Collaborate with Employer Branding and Communication Communities teams to align branding and communication standards,

Develop metrics to measure employer branding outcomes,

Manage marketing budgets and consult on communication procedures and policies,

Monitor relevant press information and act as company ambassador.

What you bring: 

Experience/involvement in employer branding, recruitment marketing, corporate communications, or public relations activities,

Knowledge of brand management principles and consistency in messaging across various communication channels,

Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including crafting compelling stories, developing engaging content, and effectively communicating with internal and external audiences,

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to inspire others,

Expertise in digital marketing and social media, with experience in utilizing various digital channels to promote the employer brand and engage with candidates and employees,

Collaboration and relationship-building skills,

Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box,

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Polish.

Our compensation package on employment contracts includes:

Flexible work arrangement including maximum 2 home office days weekly and starting working time (7:00-9:00)

ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center located in Poznań opened in 2016 with 27 employees. Today we are more than 450 employees and still expanding. Apart from the central services we provide within Finance and Controlling, we have built strong competence centres in areas such as IT, Engineering, R&D, Sourcing and Procurement and Digital Marketing.
