Your Key Responsibilities

Managing entire employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, hiring, changes, and termination Managing HR-related documents (new employees, promotions, transfers) and coordinating with an external payroll provider Managing employee benefits end-to-end  Coordinating payroll processes with external service provider Ensuring data accuracy and generating regular and ad hoc reports using various tools Responsible for Time & Attendance & Holiday process Car fleet Management Coordinating health and safety trainings Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedure Participating in HR-related projects, both regional and local

Your Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or a related field Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law Very good knowledge and experience in MS Office/SAP and willingness to become familiar with new tools Very good English & Polish language skills, German would be an advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Able to work independently and with solution oriented can-do approach Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
