As the Marketing Manager for Trade Show and Events, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of trade shows and events. Your role involves overseeing all aspects of event logistics, from initial planning to on-site execution, ensuring a seamless customer experience and post event result analysis. Collaboration across internal and external stakeholders is crucial to achieve event objectives and enhance the company's brand presence and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

Event Planning:
 Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for trade shows and events.
 Coordinate venue selection, contracts, and negotiations.
 Work with the marketing communications team to develop the communication plan to accomplish event objectives..
 Ensure a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders through efficient processes and on-site support.
 Organize networking opportunities, seminars, and other supplementary activities related to the event.
 Manage, track and analyze post event results


Logistics:
 Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and on-site facilities.
 Key events, oversee booth design, setup, and dismantling.
 Liaise with vendors and contractors to secure services and products.
 Holds team accountable to deadlines
 Coordinate all meetings related to the project and capture notes/feedback to report to cross functional team

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of experience in coordinating and planning trade shows and events, preferably on an international scale.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with coworkers, managers and customers.
