Rola będzie opierała się na zarządzaniu kilkuosobowym zespołem, poprzez wsparcie merytoryczne i techniczne w tworzeniu rozwiązań IT. Jeśli stawiasz na nieustanny rozwój zawodowy i zależy Ci na przyjaznym środowisku, w którym twoje pomysły są wykorzystywane, to nie czekaj i aplikuj już teraz 

Opis zadań

  • Zarządzanie pracą 4-osobowego zespołu
  • Doradztwo techniczne i dzielenie się swoją wiedzą poprzez proponowanie skutecznych rozwiązań
  • Udział w wewnętrznych projektach i nowych inicjatywach
  • Utrzymanie i udoskonalanie infrastruktury, systemów i aplikacji IT
  • Przeprowadzanie code review i wdrażanie automatyzacji
  • Ścisła współpraca z Dyrektorem Działu IT i innymi zespołami

Wymagania

  • Min. 6-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe w tożsamej roli
  • Biegła znajomość pakietu Microsoft 365, Symfonii, VBA i SQL
  • Ponad podstawowa znajomość lub chęć nauki C# / JavaScript / Python
  • Wielozadaniowość i wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje miękkie (komunikatywność, łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów, elastyczność, proaktywna postawa) 
  • Mile widziana znajomość branży HR / Finansowej
