JOB TITLE:  Procurement ESG Data Analyst

FUNCTION: DBS

CITY & COUNTRY: Warsaw, Poland

REPORTS TO: Head of GBS Procurement

CONTEXT

The StS Centres of Expertise under GBS will service Procurement centrally and at End Market level across the StS process including owning and managing a central repository of templates to support these processes. They are expected to work in partnership with Procurement to ensure a user-friendly experience and that actions are being executed in alignment with both the global GBS strategy and global Procurement strategy.

Each Centre will be made up of a mixture of highly skilled, trained and knowledgeable procurement and non-procurement resources delivering specific activities within StS. This includes sourcing preparation and execution, analytics and reporting, support in contract management, supplier onboarding, supplier screening, ABAC and KYS procedures, and catalogue creation and catalogue maintenance. They will ensure a high level of customer service to Procurement and end users globally.

The StS Centres of Expertise under GBS will fulfil Procurement obligations in complete alignment with Procurement and LEX. GBS will be expected to work closely with Procurement to ensure targets and objectives are being met.

ROLE SUMMARY

The role will conduct administrative tasks around data and performance reporting to service the Procurement Global ESG Team as required The role will be responsible for owning and maintaining the holistic repository of data by consolidating all internal and external data such as spend, supplier data, 3rd party data, environmental data, compliance reporting data and miscellaneous information The role will report against procurement ESG KPIs The role is expected to work closely with:The Procurement Sustainability Analyst and Sustainability Category Manager in Procurement to respond to data requests and create reports for performance and compliance on the system for the Procurement ESG Team to download and define forward looking actionsThe functional Analytics Analyst to support progression of the ESG KPIs in all relevant tracking and monitoring forums.Data and System lead in Procurement to respond to data request, create reports, develop dashboards and improve visual tools currently used by the team.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

To manage and consolidate multiple data sources on the system and providing administrative data management tasks such as reviewing current and historic data, removing redundant or waste data, identifying additional data required etc. To provide data cleansing, building and enrichment and categorise data to enable ESG Procurement to efficiently gain information they need To maintain or work within the remit of data protection regulations / data security associated with NDA’s, Intellectual Property etc. working closely with LEX To be responsible for responding to data requests and providing data required to monitor and analyse compliance to StS policies and process across the organisation To prepare reports and dashboards for the ESG Procurement T&M (tracking and monitoring) cycle To report on performance (with Procurement Sustainability Team) To support Sustainability Category Managers, Sourcing Managers and Analysts with ESG data analysis To support Procurement downloading and generating performance and compliance reports or their own dashboards, where required To provide supplier reports required including for the purposes of supplier screening (and the associated results report), KYS checks etc. working closely with the GBS Supplier Risk Lead

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE  ESSENTIAL

Experience & Knowledge

Prior experience in data management Experience and awareness of data to complete performance management and compliance reporting Prior experience in managing complex, high risk projects and programmes to improve performance and deliver service Sound knowledge of corporate regulations and legislation to enable identification of contractual and supplier benefits and to increase compliance Experience in data mining and managing large data sets Experience in working with global teams and managing many stakeholder requirements and expectations Advanced analytical capabilities and experience in visualization and simulation tools (. Tableau, QlikView, PowerBi)

Skills

High level of commercial awareness Strong interpersonal and communication skills Be able to analyze complex datasets and distil key insights and to quality assure the work of others A sufficient degree of numerical skills to enable data analysis Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships working across the category teams and cross functionally A “can do” attitude with a real willingness to drive continuous improvement through generating new ideas, gathering feedback from users Interest in Sustainable Supply Chains, Procurement and Analytics for sustainable operations.

Qualifications & Training

A StS technology certification (. Coupa or Ariba) is desirable, not mandatory
