Role Purpose

  • Daily workload management within the team. Monitor team's performance against SLA and metrics. Reporting. Undertaking corrective action where required.

What this job involves

  • Managing and delivering a full range of supply chain compliance tasks in accordance with laws and regulations within the timeframe.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to provide excellent service and subject matter expertise.
  • Managing the team with a focus on effective operational execution, responsible for team activities and workload.
  • Being a contact and escalation point for assigned accounts for the Sourcing Department.
  • Resolving problems and difficult issues by implementing new solutions, developing, and implementing processes and procedures.
  • Accountability for SLA's within the assigned scope of duties.
  • Daily performance control of the team members (KPI).
  • Providing training for new joiners and refreshment training for all team members.
  • Assessing performance and providing feedback to the manager.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in the role of Team Leader.
  • Work experience in Supply Chain Compliance & Risk Management, Sourcing Process Management, or Contracting, SSC/BPO would be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to drive change within the business.
  • Can build long-lasting professional relations with stakeholders.
  • Analytical (data interpretation and review), proactive, with initiative and persistence for follow-up.
  • Process orientation with very good organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work in a team with deadlines and stress situations.
  • Collaborative team player, highly motivated, flexible, and with a can-do attitude.
